We offer the highest quality inkjet cartridges and inkjet refill kits at super low prices. All of our products are 100% guaranteed and factory tested to meet the quality specifications set forth by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Our cartridges and refill kits will give you images equivalent to those produced by OEM cartridges but they cost much less. In fact they are up to 70% less expensive.

Are there any other costs apart from the price shown?

No, all the prices shown are inclusive of GST. The price you see is the price you pay.

How are the packages dispatched?

That depends on the weight. Most orders are under 2 kilos in weight and are dispatched by Express Post. Items over 2 kilos in weight are sent via Fastway or TNT's door to door delivery service

How quickly are the packages dispatched?

We have a wide range of products always in stock and aim to send 95% of goods out on the day we receive the order. If there is to be any delay we will advise you by email. We DO NOT debit your payment card until the goods are dispatched.

What guarantees do the products have?

Everything that we sell is covered by the manufacturers guarantee. This is very simple, if its faulty we will replace it. If it fails to satisfy we will refund it. Please see our terms and conditions of sale for a further explanation.

Do I have to pay by credit card?

No, we do accept payment by cheque, direct deposit, money order, as well as C.O.D via Australia Post. When you complete your order you will be given the option of payment method. This will send you a completed order form by email for you to print and put in the post.

How secure is it in using my credit card?

When you arrive at the page to type in your credit/debit card details you will see that the page address (top left) begins https and a closed padlock symbol will appear in the tool bar of your browser. This means that the data being transmitted is encrypted. We are not aware of any transaction ever being intercepted or being used in a fraud.

What are Compatible Ink Cartridges?

Compatible Ink Cartridges are replacement ink tanks and are made for most Epson printers and a wide range of Canon Printers. They are a copy of the original cartridge and are made to the same high standard. A compatible printer cartridge is specially engineered to meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and exceptional yields that meet or sometimes exceed that of the original printer cartridge and each compatible printer cartridge is manufactured 100% brand new. They also come with a micro chip fitted if applicable.

A compatible printer cartridge offers an economical alternative to the expensive name-brand original printer cartridge. All compatible cartridges supplied by ToniK come with a full guarantee of satisfaction. We recommend that upon receipt of your compatible cartridges they should be stood the correct way up [the way they would be in the printer] for a short period of time to allow the ink to settle correctly.

What are Re-manufactured Cartridges?

Re-manufactured Cartridges are in the main available for Hewlett Packard and Lexmark printers. Used cartridges are often collected by schools and charities and are then sold to the re-manufacturing companies. Each cartridge is re-manufactured to a high standard. During the re-manufacturing process each printer cartridge is disassembled, cleaned, refilled, (often with more ink than the original) and reassembled to provide a product that will meet very high standards in output quality and print life.

Once the recycling process is completed all printer cartridges are thoroughly print tested to ensure top quality printing. The availability of re-manufactured cartridges is always subject to the availability of the used cartridges at the factory. Re-manufactured ink cartridges provide a cost effective alternative to the original however they do not produce the same quality as an original new cartridge. They are recommended for general home printing but should not be used for high quality photo printing or in an office environment.

What are Refill Kits?

There are two types of Ink Cartridge Refill Kits available, a universal kit and a cartridge specific kit. The type TEG supply are cartridge specific. This means that the ink contained within the kit is specifically formulated for the right cartridge. Our Tonny kits come complete with all the correct tools to complete the job of refilling the cartridge. Each colour cartridge kits contain 1 needles, so no washing of needles is required.

A full set of illustrated step by step instructions are supplied with each kit. Tonny refill kits supplied by TEG will either meet or exceed OEM cartridge print quality.

Will using a compatible cartridge void my warranty?

Major printer manufacturers sell printers at or below cost. They make their profits from selling the cartridges. Formerly, once you bought your expensive new printer you had no choice but to buy one of their cartridges after yours ran dry. By using compatibles you are cutting into their primary source of profit. Because of this, they will threaten to void your warranty if you use compatible cartridges. They are simply trying to protect their own interests anyway they can. It is however strictly ILLEGAL for them to do so. They CANNOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY simply for using compatible cartridges. Delivery Policy
  • When you submit an order online, it is stored on our secure server, however it might not processed immediately. Every day we review and process all submitted orders manually. Because of this, your order may take up to 48 hours to process.
  • Immediately after your order is processed, you will receive an email message from us, to acknowledge your order, and to notify the delivery status. If your order was unsuccessful, the email message will explain the reason why.
  • 90% of our parcels will deliver via Express Post service; which is guaranteed within the Next Business Day Networks, For more information about this service, please see the Australia Post home page. Long distant delivery usually carried by Fastway Courier and TNT RoadExpess service, delivery time might take up to 10 business days depends on destination.
Return & Refund Policy
  • Our objective is to provide a wide selection of brand-name computer and office supplies at the best prices over the Internet. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.
  • If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.
  • All ink cartridge and toner products return for warranty replacement must with at least 80% capacity. For products failure within 14 days of your order, please contact our aftersales department to arrange replacement and return service, no shipping and handling fee will be charged.
  • For replacement request over 14 days of your order, please return your cartridges for examination, a test report will send to you with your replacement from our qualified technical support team.

  • We collect personally identifiable information when you complete the online order form to order software from us.
  • We ask for your name, email address, postal address, telephone number and credit card details.
